A Nile cruise sold for eclipse week does not prove the boat will be in the totality path at the relevant moment. Its position must be confirmed.
Astronomical predictions establish the event and path; a travel supplier must separately confirm the viewing venue and transport. Weather and access arrangements are different uncertainties.
