Booking with Wow Travel Egypt

These terms apply to direct enquiries and bookings for services offered under the Wow Travel Egypt trading name. The contracting operator’s registered identity, address and booking reference must be supplied in your written confirmation before payment. A WhatsApp message, website enquiry or indicative price does not confirm a reservation.

Quotations and payment

Your written quotation identifies the date, service, party size, accommodation, total amount, currency, inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule. Website figures are indicative regular base rates, not a statement of live inventory. Mandatory charges and any payment-processing cost must be disclosed before acceptance. Do not send card details through this website form, email or WhatsApp.

Free cancellation until 24 hours before the start

Cancel in writing at least 24 hours before the confirmed service start for a full refund of the amount paid to Wow Travel Egypt for that service. The cutoff uses the local time in the confirmation. For packages and multi-day cruises, it runs from the beginning of the complete booking, not from each later component. Send the reference and traveler name to info@wowtravelegypt.com or +201050333382 and retain proof of sending.

Any terms for cancellation within 24 hours, no-shows or customer-requested changes must be disclosed in the quotation before payment. No unspecified penalty is created by these terms. Supplier rules do not silently replace the promised 24-hour free-cancellation right on an accepted booking. Any different product must be clearly presented as a separate offer before acceptance and cannot be changed retrospectively.

Refunds and operator cancellation

We confirm the refundable amount and arrange the refund through the original payment route where practicable. Bank processing and currency conversion may affect when funds appear. If we cancel a service and you do not accept a suitable alternative, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled service, subject to any additional mandatory rights.

Changes and substitutions

Weather, navigation, road controls, monument closures or official instructions may require a revised sequence. A material change, including a different named ship or accommodation, is communicated for agreement. No restricted-site access, balloon flight, wildlife sighting or eclipse visibility is guaranteed. Optional activities require separate confirmation.

Traveler responsibilities

Provide accurate names, contact and travel information, comply with passport and entry requirements and follow provider safety instructions. Declare practical access needs and relevant activity restrictions before confirmation. Suitable travel insurance is recommended. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children and must check activity eligibility.

Third-party services and responsibility

Hotels, cruise operators, guides and transport providers may deliver components of your trip. The booking confirmation identifies the services arranged and the operator’s role. Nothing here excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not claim to eliminate liability for negligence or deny mandatory remedies.

Complaints and applicable law

Report a problem promptly using the booking contact so it can be addressed during travel. Afterwards, send the reference, dates and supporting information to info@wowtravelegypt.com. Applicable law and jurisdiction depend on the contracting entity and mandatory consumer protections; the final reviewed confirmation must identify the appropriate position without removing statutory rights.
