Full board generally describes meals rather than every expense on the trip. The quotation must identify the first and last included meals and whether drinks, excursions and admissions are additional.
Check meal timing against embarkation and disembarkation. If an early excursion changes breakfast arrangements, ask what is actually provided rather than assuming a particular service.
Full board is not the same as all-inclusive. Drinks, gratuities, optional tombs and outside activities may remain separate.
