Detailed itinerary

Day 1 · Cairo arrival and hotel

Meet your representative at the confirmed arrival point, transfer to the proposed hotel and settle in. No sightseeing is promised before the arrival time is checked. This day is reserved for the named transfer, embarkation or leisure plan. No unlisted attraction is included. Allow time for check-in procedures, meals and rest; optional experiences can be quoted before departure. Hotel breakfasts are included where a hotel night is part of the accommodation plan; other meals follow the explicit inclusions.

Day 2 · Giza Pyramids + Sphinx + Grand Egyptian Museum

Your guide follows the listed route at a practical pace, with a break for lunch at your own expense unless a cruise or activity meal is specified. Return to the accommodation or continue to the next overnight stop shown in the route. Hotel breakfasts are included where a hotel night is part of the accommodation plan; other meals follow the explicit inclusions.

Explore the Giza plateau with an introduction to the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure. Your guide connects the monuments with the surrounding royal cemetery and identifies suitable public viewpoints. Pyramid-interior admission is a separate choice, so there is no need to enter a narrow passage to enjoy the visit.

Continue to the Sphinx viewing area and the surrounding temple landscape. Discuss the relationship between the royal image, the causeway and the pyramid complex while leaving time for photographs. Access restrictions and the flow of visitors determine where your group can stand; no access inside the Sphinx enclosure is promised.

Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum with a planned route through the galleries available on your date. Focus on selected objects and their stories rather than trying to see every display. Timed admission and any separately ticketed experiences are reconfirmed before travel; the programme does not promise access to closed spaces.

Day 3 · Saqqara + Memphis

Your guide follows the listed route at a practical pace, with a break for lunch at your own expense unless a cruise or activity meal is specified. Travel south to Saqqara and explore the Step Pyramid complex. The open desert setting helps explain how royal burial architecture developed before the familiar smooth-sided pyramids at Giza. Selected tomb interiors may be added when open and included in the chosen ticket; particular tombs are not guaranteed in advance.

Stop at the open-air museum at Memphis to see surviving monuments from the area of the ancient capital. Your guide puts the sculpture in context and explains why so little of the wider city is visible today. The visit pairs naturally with the nearby necropolis rather than standing in for it.

Day 4 · Cairo hotel checkout and airport transfer

Indicative regular base rate in USD, proposed for standard non-holiday dates and subject to written confirmation before booking. No live availability is implied. Christmas, New Year, Easter and the August 2027 eclipse period require a separate quotation. There is no fabricated discount or crossed-out comparison price.

Children’s ages, solo occupancy, additional passengers and accessibility arrangements are quoted individually. Required extras are disclosed before payment; an enquiry does not reserve inventory.

Pickup and practical details

In Cairo, select the hotel area and daily route together. A Giza-focused day and a historic-city walk can require very different transfers. Allow time for traffic, entry procedures and a meal break, and confirm the current opening arrangements directly before travel. Airport pickup requires flight information and legal entry eligibility; a sightseeing reservation does not resolve visa or transit requirements. For religious sites, choose respectful clothing and follow the instructions given at each entrance.

Please provide the full hotel name, arrival details and a contact number that works during travel. Tell us about mobility needs, dietary restrictions and children’s ages before confirmation. No specific accessibility, language upgrade or special venue access is assumed without agreement.

Cancellation

Cancel in writing at least 24 hours before the confirmed service start for a full refund of the amount paid to Wow Travel Egypt for that service. The cutoff uses the local time shown in your confirmation. For a multi-day booking, the cutoff is measured from the start of the whole booking.

Does an enquiry confirm my booking?

No. We confirm the date, services and total price in writing before a reservation is accepted. Do not book dependent transport on the basis of an indicative rate alone.

Are entrance fees included?

Use the inclusions above and your written quotation. Standard cultural admission and special tickets are excluded unless specifically listed; activity admission such as the booked boat or beach pass follows its own inclusion list.

Can the route be adapted?
