Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure

Cancel in writing at least 24 hours before the confirmed service start for a full refund of the amount paid to Wow Travel Egypt for that service. The cutoff uses the local time shown in your confirmation. For a multi-day booking, the cutoff is measured from the start of the whole booking.

Send the booking reference and traveler name by email to info@wowtravelegypt.com or WhatsApp +201050333382. Keep the message timestamp and request acknowledgement. Opening the enquiry form does not cancel a booking.

Late cancellation, no-show and change terms must be disclosed in the accepted quotation. No undisclosed fee is automatically created. If Wow Travel Egypt cancels and you decline an offered alternative, the cancelled service is refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
