The cheapest headline price is only useful when you know what it buys. A guide-and-vehicle tour can exclude admission, while another offer bundles tickets and lunch. Neither can be judged fairly from the starting figure alone.
Make a short comparison covering party size, room occupancy, meals, tickets, transfers and domestic transport. Ask for a written total in the same currency for the same travel dates.
Do not compare a shared-seat rate with a private-car price as though they deliver identical service. Children and solo cabins also need their own quotation.
In Cairo, select the hotel area and daily route together. A Giza-focused day and a historic-city walk can require very different transfers. Allow time for traffic, entry procedures and a meal break, and confirm the current opening arrangements directly before travel. Airport pickup requires flight information and legal entry eligibility; a sightseeing reservation does not resolve visa or transit requirements. For religious sites, choose respectful clothing and follow the instructions given at each entrance.
